Been while since I've posted here. From my previous post you can now tell I am living in Mountain City, TN; the photos tell a lot but they don't tell how cold it is. Oh well. Snow snow snow. Thankfully the causation is from global warming; humidity from the gulf meeting the cold arctic air. Work is good. Love the job as I get to work with kids who need a lot of help. Only time will tell to where it leads. So it goes.

- Currently working with children and teens in a residential setting that have undergone trauma in their past lives. Dissociated traits are common with this population as are violent tendencies; the children I work with are still just children that need to be play, learn, and be loved. A typical day includes assessing new students, creating discharge plans, documenting groups, planning interventions for my groups, facilitating groups, and many more collaborative efforts during the day.
